i haven't posted this week because it's been wedding/family week 2007. my brother, justin, and my delightful friend, caroline may got married on 07.07.07 and it's been a whirlwind week. i thought i'd post pictures of the insanely good cake natasha made for the bride and groom. it was chocolate with blueberries in the middle. so incredible. everyone was loving it.

Caroline, what a great web site! This makes me so hungry.

Please give me your e-mail so I can send you an invite to Mei's party. veedaloca@gmail.com

P.S. Even if we didn't get a chance to talk at the reception, I thought you looked so smashing that night.

P.P.S. I hope you come to S.F. this weekend! (ask jeff for details)

after seeing that cake, I now understand why people want to get married.

I have several friends that aspire to be wed purely for the cake aspect.

Personally, I think it is a shame to waste fidelity on pastry alone. But we all know I could never commit to just one cake. Which is why you will all likely be getting mini-cupcakes one day. That way you can try ALL of them and still feel good enough for dancing later.
